If your business appears here and anything is wrong, we will fix it. You do not need to explain why you are entitled to ask.

3. 3Anything we cannot substantiate from the source data is removed immediately while we check — we do not leave a disputed claim up during review.
4. 4If you want the page taken down entirely, say so and we will remove it. We do not require a reason.

What we publish about a business

• ·Licence status exactly as the government register returned it on a stated date, and nothing beyond that. We never publish that a business is unlicensed — if we cannot confidently match a business to a register entry, we show no badge and say nothing.
• ·Counted themes from public reviews (for example, "14 of 22 reviews mention response time"), never rewritten review text and never our own characterisation of your work.
• ·Ratings attributed to their source, linked to the original profile.

Press, data-source questions, and corrections to our own methodology all go to the same address.
